The Product Standards Office is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Entry-Level and Associate level Engineering Technical Specialists.
Position Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development, documentation, implementation and configuration control of engineering product standards ensuring compliance to standards system requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to produce Product Standards data in an XML format for data delivery to downstream systems
- May require management of digital data using Teamcenter, Arbortext, Microsoft Office applications, etc
- Assist with training in the utilization of processes and tools and support the integration of product standards and product standards related data at an enterprise level
- Assist in Boeing coordination and review of Government and Industry Standards for enterprise deployment and use
- Provides basic assistance to support the development, documentation, implementation of process improvement
- Work under close supervision
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): **
- To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
- 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
- 1+ years of experience project management and the ability to self-manage projects
- 1+ years of experience in Project Management, Configuration Management and/or Data Management and processing
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Level 2: 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience with XML
- Knowledge of industry, military, and/or government specifications
- Technical or business writing experience

Summary Pay Range for Entry level (Level 1): $56,950-$77,050
Summary Pay Range for Associate level (Level 2): $71,400-$96,600
