This role is an Enterprise Account Coordinator for Uber Eats Germany, focusing on providing data-driven and analytical support to merchants and account management teams. What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate closely with Account Managers to grasp and address customer needs effectively.
  2. Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring rapid and accurate resolution.
  3. Generate, analyze, and interpret order management reports to provide actionable insights.
  4. Assist Account Managers in identifying and developing expansion opportunities within the customer base.
  5. Provide robust administrative support to the Account Management team, facilitating efficient day-to-day operations.

Skills

Required

  • Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience, ideally in a fast-paced client-facing role
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and German
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter mentality
  • Ability to handle the big picture and the tiny details
  • Strong listening and communication skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
