Enterprise Account Coordinator, Uber Eats, France

This role focuses on operational optimization and scaling solutions for the Enterprise team at Uber Eats France. The Account Coordinator will identify and design scalable solutions for low-efficiency operational tasks, acting as an Enterprise Operations Manager to bridge commercial teams with marketplace and merchant-focused levers. Responsibilities include process optimization, sales operations support, merchant lifecycle management, marketplace operations monitoring, and consumer operations support.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a process optimizer across the Enterprise organization
  2. Identify repetitive, low-efficiency or non-scalable tasks within AM scopes (e.g. promotional activation, operational issues…)
  3. Design scalable solutions, frameworks and enablement rather than executing tasks directly
  4. Build and maintain processes & automation centralized around low-efficiency tasks
  5. Operate as an Enterprise Operations Manager, covering multiple operational domains related to our marketplace such as, for example ;

Required

  • Fluent in French and English
  • 1-2 year(s) of experience
  • Experience in a tech, SaaS, marketplace or scale-up context

Nice to have

  • initial exposure to operations, business operations, revenue operations or sales operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Consulting experience with demonstrated hands-on operational ownership
