Enterprise Account Director, Fusion Cloud Applications — Bfsi

This role is for a Senior Enterprise Account Director focused on selling Oracle's Fusion Cloud Applications (SaaS suite including ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, CX/CRM) to the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector in Australia. The position involves managing strategic territories, expanding existing customer accounts, and developing new logo opportunities by building executive relationships and shaping complex transformation deals. Success requires a strong understanding of BFSI modernization pressures and the ability to articulate the value of Oracle's integrated SaaS platform.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and develop a strategic BFSI sales territory, covering a mix of existing Oracle customer accounts and new-logo opportunities.
  2. Expand Oracle’s presence within established customer accounts by identifying whitespace, building executive alignment, and connecting Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS to evolving business priorities.
  3. Build new-logo pipeline by identifying target organizations, developing senior relationships, creating demand, and shaping transformation opportunities from early-stage engagement through close.
  4. Identify, shape, and progress large-scale transformation opportunities across Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS, including ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM and CX/CRM.
  5. Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from account strategy and opportunity creation through qualification, business case development, negotiation, and close.
