Enterprise Account Director responsible for achieving sales targets for Adobe’s Digital Marketing product lines within the Retail industry. This role involves developing long-term customer relationships, crafting strategic account plans, and driving software solution sales through direct customer engagement, focusing on C-suite relationships and navigating complex organizations.

  3. Communicate with customers effectively and persuasively to uncover company-viable solutions from their view.
  4. Build strong executive relationships across multiple fields (CIO, CTO, CMO, CDO).
  5. Identify and gain alignment from customer on compelling business issue to be addressed.
