Uber is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth by building partnerships with new merchants. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from outreach to closing deals, and ensuring partner success through onboarding and ongoing support. This position requires strong sales, negotiation, and pipeline management skills, with experience in fast-paced environments and a data-driven approach being beneficial.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify and engage prospective merchant partners, helping them see the value of joining our platform
  2. Own the full sales cycle — from outreach and pitching to negotiation and signing
  3. Manage and prioritize a healthy pipeline to consistently achieve weekly and monthly goals
  4. Guide new partners through onboarding to ensure a smooth and successful start
  5. Spot commercial opportunities that drive early performance and unlock growth

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial account management
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor value propositions to different audiences
  • Proven experience managing a pipeline, prioritizing leads, and delivering results
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working in an agile, fast-paced setting
