Enterprise Account Executive

Enterprise Account Executive at a conversational AI platform company, responsible for managing the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, generating pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success. Previous experience selling AI or Customer Support/Experience software is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from self lead generation and qualification through negotiation, closing, and renewals.
  2. Generate a pipeline from ICP accounts via value-driven outbounding
  3. Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, and Marketing team to ensure customer success.
  4. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to drive positive ROI and long term partnerships.
  5. Leverage internal executive team to accelerate deal cycles and securing buy-in from top-level client decision-makers.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience as a top-performing Account Executive
  • Experience in complex solution sales
  • Consistent performance meeting pipeline generation targets for net new business
