Enterprise Account Executive role focused on selling Databricks' Unified Analytics Platform, which is powered by Spark and includes AI capabilities, to enterprise clients in Korea. The role involves prospecting, building pipeline, engaging with decision-makers, exceeding revenue targets, and driving customer success.

What you'd actually do

  1. Evangelize Databricks' Unified Analytics Platform powered by Spark and launch the Databricks brand in Enterprise/Strategic Accounts across all industries
  2. Prospect, identify and source new sales opportunities, building pipeline individually and/or with the Databricks SDR team
  3. Engage with business and technical decision makers and lead them through the evaluation and buying process
  4. Exceed individual activity, pipeline and annual revenue targets
  5. Engage with and drive business through local partners (technology partners, ISVs, SIs and GSIs)

Skills

Required

  • Proven success in Enterprise/Strategic Sales roles
  • Demonstrable experience of selling innovation
  • Solution and business-outcomes focused sales approach
  • Ability to simply articulate intricate cloud & big data technologies and their business value for the customer
  • Proven success and upward trajectory
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to Enterprise Customers
