Gong is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to acquire new customers for their AI-powered Revenue Intelligence Operating System. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, targeting large organizations, articulating the value proposition, and partnering with internal teams to develop sales strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong enterprise software sales background and a track record of exceeding revenue targets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage prospects from lead to close
  2. Target organizations with an employee headcount of 1000-4000
  3. Land new business within greenfield territory
  4. Clearly articulate and demonstrate our Gong value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
  5. Regularly iterate messaging that will scale our outbound prospecting engine

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of enterprise sales experience selling a software platform
  • 7+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Track record of overachieving revenue targets of 1M+
  • successfully navigating and closing six figure deals over $250K
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
