Enterprise Account Executive

Enterprise Account Executive role focused on growing revenue within existing accounts by formulating and executing sales strategies. Responsibilities include identifying, qualifying, and closing sales pipelines, prospecting technical end-users, building relationships, and partnering with internal teams and external partners. Requires 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, a proven track record of overachievement, and the ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.

What you'd actually do

  1. Proactively, identify, qualify and close a sales pipeline
  2. Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, & technical end users
  3. Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
  4. Partner with our Solution Architects and work closely with the Professional Services and Customer Success team to achieve customer satisfaction
  5. Work closely with the enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partner to maximize deal size

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years field experience of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on expanding new accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to sell into new lines of business within open accounts and run a complex sales process
  • A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Skilled in building business champions
  • Ability to attend the office 3 days per week
  • Driven and competitive. Possess a strong desire to be successful

Nice to have

  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
  • Familiarity with databases, develops and open source technology a plus
