Enterprise Account Executive

Rubrik is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales growth in new and existing accounts, focusing on data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration. The role involves managing pipeline, executing account strategies, and co-selling with partners to achieve sales quotas. While the company's products involve AI, this specific role is in sales and does not involve building or directly managing AI models or systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities
  2. Develop and manage sales pipeline to move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process
  3. Identify and close new opportunities for growth working with a mix of mid-enterprise accounts
  4. Present Rubrik, Inc. solutions within complex data center design environments
  5. Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors and VAR’s to enable rapid growth

Skills

Required

  • 8 -12 years Tech sales experience (selling either IT Infrastructure, Security or SaaS)
  • Strong knowledge about the Security/ Data Management / Data Protection / Storage market/ Infrastructure Software and SAAS applications
  • Great relation and reputation with clients in assigned region
  • Able to present in front of bigger audience and hosting events with and for partners and end-customers
  • demonstrate total ownership, understanding and experience working with channel
  • Highly driven, goal oriented "get it done" attitude
  • Experience selling a complex solution
