This Enterprise Account Executive role in Tokyo focuses on selling Snowflake's data platform, which is powering the era of the agentic enterprise. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with key stakeholders, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Become an expert in Snowflake products, delivering discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospective customers.
  2. Become a trusted advisor by understanding customers' existing and future IT roadmaps, driving Snowflake solutions within the market.
  3. Prospect qualification, new customer acquisition, and ongoing expansion of existing customers.
  4. Drive sales opportunities for assigned accounts and implementation, expansion, and deepening.
  5. Develop sales strategies using target prospect lists and account plans, achieving sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis for assigned accounts/territories.

Skills

Required

  • SaaS industry experience in advertising or media with over 6 years of field sales experience.
  • Proficient in building, managing, and developing relationships with new customers, and closing deals.
  • Experience strategically developing new business by leveraging creative prospecting skills.
  • Ability to independently create account plans and sales strategies.
  • Experience in value selling by accurately identifying customer challenges and proposing appropriate solutions and expected outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to approach executives directly and build long-term relationships.
  • Passion for data technology and the ability to proactively study the industry and catch the latest trends.
  • Ability and experience to involve the right people internally and externally to accomplish things bigger and faster.
  • Ability to collaborate well with various departments and possess a 'One Team' mindset.
  • Business English proficiency is a plus.
