Enterprise Account Executive

Enterprise Account Executive role focused on new business acquisition and revenue growth within an assigned territory, targeting Digital Natives (Unicorns, VC-funded start-ups, Fintechs) in the African market. Requires 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, quota-carrying, and a proven track record of overachievement. Fluency in French is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Proactively, identify, qualify and close a sales pipeline
  2. Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, & technical end users
  3. Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
  4. Partner with our Solution Architects and work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction
  5. Work closely with the enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partner to maximize deal sizes

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of field/Enterprise software sales, quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on closing net new logos and expanding accounts
  • Own your territory & build pipeline: Develop and execute a proactive outbound cadence (email, call, social) that generates your opportunities
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Skilled in building business champions
  • Strong sense of urgency, accountability and ownership
  • Located in Dubai
  • Fluency in French is required
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred

Nice to have

  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
  • Familiarity with databases, develops and open source technology a plus
