This role is for an Enterprise Account Executive at Elastic, a company focused on Search AI. The role involves expanding customer accounts, driving demand for Elastic solutions, and closing complex SaaS subscription deals. What you'd actually do

  1. Building awareness and driving demand for Elastic solutions within new Enterprise accounts, by helping users and customers derive value from their data sets
  2. Serving as an evangelist for our Open Source offerings while communicating and demonstrating the capabilities of our commercial features
  3. Uncovering new and diverse use cases to enable our users to work smarter, not harder
  4. Collaborating across Elastic business functions to ensure a seamless customer experience
  5. Working thoughtfully with customers to identify new business opportunities, managing through the sales cycle and closing complex transactions
  6. Building a robust business plan through community, customer and partner ecosystems to achieve significant Elastic growth within your accounts
