What you'd actually do

  1. Own the Growth: Execute a strategy to land new, large enterprise accounts and expand major opportunities with key UK & Ireland customers
  2. Lead Strategic Deals: Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engaging leaders across IT, Operations, Procurement, and the Executive suite
  3. Drive AI Adoption: Partner with existing customers to champion the adoption of Zendesk’s AI platform as part of major CX transformation programs
  4. Be the Expert: Lead strategic discussions with C-level executives, aligning our AI solutions directly to their business goals and measurable outcomes

Skills

Required

  • Enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Ability to articulate business value and influence C-level decision-makers
  • Skilled in building, presenting, and defending executive-level business cases and ROI models
  • Track record of collaborating effectively within matrixed and partner-led sales environments
  • Self-driven, empathetic, strategically curious, and results-focused

Nice to have

  • Industry expertise in Business Services, Finance or Manufacturing
  • Prior experience selling CX, CRM, CCaaS, or AI-powered platforms
