Hightouch is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive with at least 4 years of SaaS sales experience to join their growing team. The role focuses on selling Hightouch's AI platform, which empowers marketing and growth teams to activate data and automate marketing workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales and land-and-expand strategies within the DACH region and fluent German language skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive new business revenue within the DACH region
  2. Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies to build pipeline
  3. Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close
  4. Partner with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate qualified leads
  5. Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and Customer Success Managers to ensure customer success

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years experience in complex enterprise SaaS sales
  • Experience building pipeline through outbound and land and expand in the DACH region
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Strong discovery and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment
  • Be a self-starter
