What you'd actually do

  1. Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision makers within assigned accounts, helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments
  2. Develop and drive long-term account strategy aligned to customer business objectives, coordinating internal Salesforce resources to meet their needs
  3. Perform account planning in partnership with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
  4. Identify and develop new opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting, driving growth within assigned accounts

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of demonstrated success in full-cycle enterprise sales
  • Experience managing and growing one large, strategic account
  • Ability to lead and coordinate across a large extended team to drive outcomes
  • Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-suite decision makers

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated progression in enterprise sales roles, with experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Experience selling into Financial Services accounts (Banking, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management)
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and Customer 360 solutions
