Enterprise Account Executive for Financial Services & Insurance in Tokyo, Japan. What you'd actually do

  1. Own and exceed revenue targets by winning new major FSI accounts and expanding existing relationships across Japan's banks, insurers, asset managers, and fintech companies
  2. Build and execute territory plans, identifying high-value opportunities across megabanks, regional banks, life and non-life insurers, and diversified financial groups
  3. Lead consultative sales processes with senior executives — including CIOs, CDOs, Chief Risk Officers, and compliance leaders — positioning AI as a driver for digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and improved customer experience
  4. Orchestrate internal teams (Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships) to deliver solutions that meet the stringent regulatory, security, and data governance requirements of the FSI sector
