Enterprise Account Executive for Adobe Experience Cloud (DX) business, focusing on the Financial Services Industry (FSI) in Poland. The role involves driving revenue by acquiring new FSI customers and growing existing accounts by positioning Adobe's value proposition, managing C-level relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners. The position requires deep enterprise software sales experience in FSI, a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, and strong relationship-building skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be a strategic partner to our existing FSI customers — helping them realize value from existing Adobe investments while discovering opportunities to expand into new Experience Cloud solutions.
  2. Leverage this expertise and experience to win new FSI customers by successfully positioning our value proposition against competition
  3. Align closely with cross-functional teams across pre- and post-sales.
  4. Lead the overall engagement with your clients — manage C-level relationships (especially with CMOs, CXOs, and Heads of Digital), support a clear value framework, and orchestrate collaboration across their business and ours.
  5. Drive net-new revenue generation through consultative sales strategies tailored to the financial sector.
