Salesforce is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive for their Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) clients in Germany. The role focuses on selling complex enterprise software and technology solutions, building C-suite relationships, and driving digital transformation within the HLS sector. The candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic accounts, orchestrating account teams, and navigating the full sales cycle to achieve revenue goals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsibility for a set of existing high-caliber clients within the HLS Sector
  2. Orchestrating an account team within a complex matrix organization to drive a long-term strategy to transform the digitalization of our customers
  3. Engagements with C-Level decision makers to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data
  4. Coordinate internal Salesforce resources such as Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Marketing, Business Development, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc. to drive account strategy

Skills

Required

  • Consistent track record of selling complex enterprise software or technology to C-level of HLS clients
  • Strong POV of industry trends and ability to build a narrative of digital transformation within the Healthcare / Life Sciences sector
  • Experience in defining an Account Strategy and Execution Plan for a set of top tier accounts
  • Strong experience in selling as a team as part of a matrix organization and aligning with the account team to support the customer's success
  • Accurately forecasts and achieves revenue goals
  • Fluency in German and English
