Enterprise Account Executive focused on new business acquisition and revenue growth within an assigned territory, targeting CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end-users. Requires 10+ years of field experience, a proven track record of overachievement, and the ability to articulate complex enterprise technology value.

What you'd actually do

  1. Proactively, identify, qualify and close a sales pipeline
  2. Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, & technical end users
  3. Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
  4. Partner with our Solution Architects and work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction
  5. Work closely with the enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partner to maximize deal sizes

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years field experience with focus on Public Sector accounts
  • quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and run a complex sales process
  • A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Skilled in building business champions
  • Driven and competitive
  • Native Italian and fluent in English
  • Based in Rome area

Nice to have

  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
  • Familiarity with databases, develops and open source technology
