Enterprise Account Executive focused on growing MongoDB's customer base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts, managing the full sales cycle, and developing strategic territory plans to achieve revenue targets. What you'd actually do

  1. Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users
  2. Grow a current base of MongoDB customers by landing new workloads through outbound prospecting
  3. Manage the full sales cycle for all MongoDB Products & Services
  4. Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets
  5. Collaborate with the sales ecosystem to drive sales initiatives and partnerships

Skills

Required

  • Quota-carrying field sales experience
  • Expanding existing accounts
  • Selling horizontally across the organization
  • Articulating business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have

  • Co-selling with cloud service providers (AWS, GCP and Azure)
  • Co-selling with large GSIs (Accenture, KPMG, etc)
  • Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
  • Familiarity with databases, developers and open source technology
