Enterprise Account Executive, Growth (fsi)

This role is for an Enterprise Account Executive focused on growing business within the Financial Services Industry. The primary responsibility is to develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue within an assigned territory. The role involves prospecting, building relationships with technical leaders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. While MongoDB is innovating in the AI space, this specific role is in sales and does not involve building or deploying AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Proactively, identify, qualify and close a sales pipeline within the Tech Enterprise segment
  2. Strategically prospect into CTOs, VP Engineering/IT Leaders, & technical end users
  3. Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
  4. Partner with our Solution Architects, Customer success teams and work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction
  5. Participate in our sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years field experience of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on closing net new logos and expanding accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and run a complex sales process with deep Tech Enterprise experience
  • A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Skilled in building business champions
  • Driven and competitive
  • Fluent in English & Hebrew
  • Must live in territory

Nice to have

  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
  • Familiarity with databases, AI, develops and open source technology a plus
