This is an Enterprise Account Executive, Growth role at Grafana Labs, focused on prospecting and growing existing business within accounts in Germany. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to account management, and meeting sales goals. It requires a strong background in infrastructure technology sales and fluency in English and German.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within a set of current customers
  2. Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals
  3. Manage all aspects of the sales process (prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations and account management)
  4. Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
  5. Be able to understand and convey the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise

Skills

Required

  • 5+ Years of experience in infrastructure technology sales
  • Consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment
  • Excellent communication skills (in person, online, in writing)
  • Ability to form strong working relationships
  • Fluent in English & German (both spoken & written)

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with open source technology
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC
