Enterprise Account Executive, Latam

Glean is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and growth within their largest enterprise prospects by developing tailored strategies to break into and expand major accounts. This role demands sophisticated account research, executive-level messaging, and champion-building to deliver on customer pain points and priority business outcomes. The role involves sourcing and closing net new logos, navigating complex organizations, understanding business objectives, collaborating with internal partners, delivering ARR revenue targets, developing sales strategies, creating ROI reports, and running POCs. Requires 6+ years of closing experience, fluency in English and Portuguese, ability to demonstrate a technical product, and experience selling technical SaaS.

What you'd actually do

  1. Source and close net new logos within a given territory
  2. Have the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions
  3. Research and understand the business objectives of your customers and have the ability to perform a value drive sales cycle
  4. Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success
  5. You will consistently deliver ARR revenue targets and drive success through a metric based approach

  • 6+ years of closing experience in Sales
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
