What you'd actually do

  1. Acquire and grow enterprise client relationships across Malaysia by selling the Qualtrics XM platform to marketing, research, and HR leaders.
  2. Guide clients through tailored solution options, demonstrating features and benefits aligned with their business challenges.
  3. Build, manage, and nurture trusted relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
  4. Deliver compelling sales presentations across departments and lead effective target account selling activities including prospecting and closing.
  5. Stay informed on competitive landscape and market dynamics to develop winning proposals and pricing strategies.

Skills

Required

  • Proven ability to sell SaaS solutions to senior decision-makers within large enterprise organizations.
  • Extensive experience engaging the Malay market and strong understanding of Malaysian enterprise landscape.
  • Skilled at acquiring new clients, negotiating complex deals, and closing with executive stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship builder who establishes trust and credibility with senior leaders.
  • Resilient and competitive with a demonstrated work ethic, comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com and disciplined in managing the sales process.
  • Proven track record with 10+ years in enterprise technology sales, ideally in SaaS.
  • Demonstrated success selling extensively in the Malay market; experience in Malaysian enterprises is essential.
  • Proficiency using Salesforce.com in managing sales pipelines and forecasts.
  • Strong competitive drive and resilience in client acquisition and deal closure.

Nice to have

  • Bahasa language skills desirable but not mandatory.
  • Experience in MarTech or HR Tech environments is highly beneficial.
  • Bahasa Malaysia language skills are an advantage but not required.
