Enterprise Account Executive responsible for selling Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform to enterprise accounts in Italy. Requires experience in solution-based selling, managing complex sales cycles, and exceeding sales targets. Fluency in English and Italian is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy
  2. Use a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for new logo accounts
  3. Identify and close quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles
  4. Track all customer details, including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
  5. Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets

Skills

Required

  • Sales experience in Enterprise accounts in Italy
  • Ability to sell innovation and change through customer vision expansion
  • Ability to guide deals forward to compress decision cycles
  • Understanding of a product in depth and passion for communicating its value
  • Experience closing new accounts while maintaining existing accounts
  • Understanding of the data platform and cloud ecosystems
  • Exposure to the software industry
  • Knowledge of selling SaaS, Data, and Business Value
  • Ability to research company information and identify key stakeholders
  • Competent with prospecting research and able to map out key stakeholders
  • Adept in selling to technical buyers
  • Understanding of MEDDPICC
  • Experience exceeding sales targets/quotas
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
  • Fluency in English and Italian
