This role is for an Enterprise Account Executive focused on the NHS vertical. The primary responsibility is to build client relationships, prospect, develop, and close business within the public sector. The role requires managing a complex sales process, understanding client IT roadmaps, and driving Snowflake solutions. While the company emphasizes AI and an 'agentic enterprise' vision, this specific role is sales-focused and does not involve building or shipping AI models or systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Achieve sales quotas for allocated, prospective accounts and on a quarterly and annual basis by developing a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list, and a regional sales plan.
  2. Develop marketing plans with the marketing team to drive revenue growth.
  3. Be the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap to drive the Snowflake solution within the marketplace.
  4. Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams.
  5. Arrange and conduct initial Executive and CxO discussions and positioning meetings.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of field sales experience preferred with an emphasis on data or cloud related technology.
  • 4+ year’s industry focused experience generating new business within public sector, NHS customers.
  • Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships.
  • Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Executive level relationship management.
  • Ability to understand the "bigger picture" and the business drivers around IT.

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing MEDDPICC.
  • Experience selling software or cloud based applications to the Enterprise is desired.
