Enterprise Account Executive - Utility & Retail

This role is for an Enterprise Account Executive at ServiceNow, focusing on the Utility & Retail sectors in Tokyo. The primary responsibility is to generate new business sales revenue through SaaS licenses by developing C-suite relationships, account planning, and advising customers on how ServiceNow's AI-enhanced platform can meet their IT roadmap needs. While the role involves understanding and discussing the integration of AI into business processes, it is a sales role and does not involve building or shipping AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales
  2. Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrating an account strategy while leading across a broad virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialist, Success resources, Partners and Marketing, etc.)
  3. Be a trusted advisor to your customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can help help their IT roadmap
  4. Identify the right specialist/ support resources to bring into a deal, at the right time
