What you'd actually do

  1. Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell - you're accountable for commercial outcomes, not just relationship health
  2. Own the end-to-end relationship with a book of enterprise employer accounts, across geographies, industries, and seniority levels
  3. Build trust fast with executives and become their go-to partner on early talent strategy
  4. Get deep on each account so you can position Handshake's value against their real business problems - not a template pitch
  5. Synthesise customer feedback and surface insights that shape how we build and go to market

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, managing enterprise accounts
  • Background in early talent, campus recruiting, or HR/recruiting tech
  • Proven track record owning renewals and commercial outcomes
  • Confident communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders and executives
  • Data-literate
  • Strong communicator, written and verbal
  • Highly organised
  • Operate independently and take initiative
  • Experience building process

Nice to have

  • Experience in EMEA market
