Enterprise Account Manager – Public Sector (government & Education)

This role is for an Enterprise Account Manager focused on the Public Sector (Government & Education) market. The primary responsibilities include strategic account management, financial sales leadership for an existing portfolio of customers, and prospecting into new entities. The role involves developing and executing account strategies, identifying incremental revenue opportunities, retaining existing services, and owning overall customer relationship management and satisfaction to deliver annual revenue growth and retention objectives. The role also involves meeting sales quotas, renewing customer contracts, and positioning Comcast Business Class services.

What you'd actually do

  1. Meet or exceed monthly sales quota through identification and closing of incremental sales and revenue opportunities.
  2. Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams.
  3. Maintain regular account contact to ensure positioning and alignment of Comcast Business Services with assigned accounts.
  4. Initiate and deliver proposed solutions to meet the needs of the assigned customers as it relates to Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet or other Business Class products, as appropriate.
  5. Maintain customer satisfaction and serve as the primary escalation point for any customer issues that arise.
