Enterprise Account Technical Lead

This role is for an Enterprise Account Technical Lead at Autodesk, focusing on the AECO domain. The primary responsibility is to act as a technical advisor to enterprise clients, leading complex technical engagements, designing solutions, and developing customer technical visions. While the role requires staying updated on advanced technologies like AI and applying them, it is not a core AI/ML development role. What you'd actually do

  1. Drive end-to-end technical discovery across multiple workflows, systems, and disciplines, identifying transformation opportunities that align Autodesk technology to customer objectives.
  2. Architect advanced, multi-solution technical proposals and deployment paths, creating clear ROI narratives and solution justification artifacts.
  3. Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with technical and business stakeholders as a strategic technical advisor.
  4. Develop and maintain a detailed Customer Technical Vision (CTV) capturing technical footprint, long-term goals, and adoption strategy.
  5. Proactively identify multi-solution expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of industry knowledge or Autodesk expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-complexity technical engagements and architect advanced solution designs
  • Proven experience building long-term relationships with technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong technical proficiency in Autodesk capabilities or similar enterprise-scale solutions
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and persuasion skills
  • Experience collaborating with sales, customer success, and technical specialist teams
  • Strong business acumen and ability to support transformation strategies using industry insights and financial reasoning
