This role is for a Lead Systems Engineer on the AMD EPYC Server team, focusing on silicon validation, program execution, and driving Post-Si engineering initiatives for server CPUs. It involves defining validation strategies, managing technical constraints, and overseeing test plan execution to ensure high-quality silicon delivery. The role requires strong technical leadership and collaboration across hardware, firmware, software, and validation teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Defines program plans to meet the product requirements within schedule, budget and scope.
  2. Manages platform execution and reports on program deliverables and risks.
  3. Develops detailed validation strategy based on program complexity and feature set.
  4. Oversees end to end feature development process driving alignment with Architecture, FW/SW development, Validation and Customer Engineering teams.
  5. Drives Post-Si test plan development and execution to meet delivery of sample commitments and engineering collateral.
