This role is a Technical Pre-Sales Enterprise Architect focused on closing strategic sales opportunities and enabling customer success within Adobe's B2B marketing technology ecosystem. The architect assesses current-state technology, designs future-state architectures, and showcases the "Art of the Possible" for Adobe's top customers. While the role involves supporting AI adoption and understanding Generative/Agentic AI solutions in marketing, its core function is pre-sales and customer enablement, not direct AI/ML model development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary technical driver for closing strategic sales opportunities and enabling customer success through marketing technology value realization.
  2. For Adobe’s Top 50 customers, the EA partners with technology, promotional, and executive-level contacts.
  3. Assess current-state technology and business objectives.
  4. Deliver future-state marketing architectures, manage digital engagement roadmaps, and showcase “Art of the Possible” experiences.

Skills

Required

  • Lead consultative role supporting large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems
  • Architect, Principal Consultant or Marketing/Technical leader experience
  • Working knowledge of end-to-end digital marketing MarTech (CDPs, Marketing Automation, personalization, Journey Orchestration, Measurement, Content Management, DAM, Tag Management, Identity, CRM, Media Execution, Social Media, Reporting, multi-channel activation)
  • Aligning diverse stakeholders, managing dependencies, and driving schedule adherence
  • Hands-on experience using enterprise platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft)
  • REST APIs, Cloud Storage, Structured/Unstructured Data, Security and Data Ingress/Egress
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-focused narratives
  • Diagnosing business and technical gaps
  • Crafting forward-looking architectures aligned to strategic outcomes and measurable business value
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • PowerPoint and Lucid Chart/Visio expertise
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time within the United States
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Digital Marketing or MBA or equivalent experience

  • Current Adobe Certified Expert certifications (RTCDP, AJO, Analytics/CJA, AEM, Target or Workfront)
  • Enterprise level ROI-focused Business Cases for technology transformations
  • Architecting and/or delivering native, Flutter or React-Native mobile applications
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, buying journeys, and account-based engagement models
