What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a strategic partner to CIOs, CTOs, and Chief Architects at Fortune 1000 companies, helping shape their enterprise transformation through AI and the Salesforce platform.
  2. Define scalable architectural patterns for end-to-end implementation of the Salesforce suite, including AI, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds, and integration technologies.
  3. Lead architectural modernization efforts, bridging legacy enterprise systems with modern cloud-native infrastructure and AI services.
  4. Champion the use of trusted AI to transform workflows, automate decision-making, and personalize enterprise experiences at scale.
  5. Design and govern Agentforce architectures, including agentic workflow design, multi-agent orchestration, and agent lifecycle management across enterprise deployments.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, platform strategy, or technical advisory roles
  • Significant focus on cloud transformation and AI integration
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Industry Cloud implementations at global scale
  • Track record of executive engagement and influence with C-level leadership at Fortune 1000 companies
  • Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including predictive modeling, LLMs, automation, and ethical AI practices in enterprise settings
  • Strong understanding of data governance, integration patterns, and multi-org / hybrid cloud architectures
  • Experience with Agentforce and Agent Builder, including designing, deploying, and governing autonomous agents in enterprise environments
  • Deep industry vertical fluency in one or more sectors (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare)
  • Hands-on experience with integration platforms — particularly MuleSoft — and the ability to design robust, scalable data and API strategies across complex enterprise landscapes

Nice to have

  • Experience in a consulting, advisory, or CTO/CIO-facing role at a system integrator, platform vendor, or enterprise IT team
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, SAFe) and the ability to define and evolve architectural governance frameworks tailored to AI-driven transformation programs
