Enterprise Business Operations Lead

This role is responsible for building and scaling the operating foundation of the Enterprise & Key Accounts business within DoorDash's In-Store organization. The Lead, Enterprise Business Operations will act as a senior partner to the Global Head of Enterprise & Key Accounts, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Analytics, Finance, and Product to translate strategy into execution. The role involves designing and implementing operating models, dashboards, tracking mechanisms, and performance cadences, as well as developing analytical views of enterprise performance and prototyping new processes. The ideal candidate is a builder, systems thinker, and operator who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and enjoys owning outcomes end-to-end.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and stand up the operating model for Enterprise & Key Accounts, including dashboards, tracking mechanisms, and performance cadences
  2. Translate enterprise GTM strategy into durable systems across pipeline, lead segmentation, whitespace analysis, and account coverage
  3. Partner with enterprise leadership to define priorities, goals, and success metrics
  4. Identify the highest-leverage opportunities to improve visibility, efficiency, and execution across the business
  5. Own cross-functional execution on key initiatives spanning Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Analytics, Finance, and Product

Skills

Required

  • 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, BizOps, or a similarly rigorous operating role
  • Strong analytical depth
  • Comfortable working directly with data (SQL, Looker, Excel/Sheets)
  • Bias for action and thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Systems thinker who enjoys building structure where none exists
  • Can operate credibly with senior executives while staying close to operational detail
  • Take ownership of outcomes and are comfortable being accountable for both the strategy and the execution
  • Energized by being a generalist and a force multiplier for leadership teams
