Enterprise Customer Success Manager role focused on driving product adoption and strong relationships with large enterprise customers, advocating for customer needs internally and identifying growth opportunities. The role involves onboarding, training, monitoring usage, and becoming a trusted advisor to clients to help them achieve their business goals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Enterprise Account Executive and Solution Engineering teams to onboard, train, and proactively drive adoption with our Enterprise customers
  2. Proactively build relationships with customers to achieve loyalty and advocacy within their organization
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Datadog teams (sales, support, enablement, product, finance, and legal)
  4. Own and project manage the on-boarding process for new customers
  5. Become a trusted advisor to the client and partner in building a clear and concise plan to meet their business goals

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role
  • Manage a wide portfolio of accounts
  • Knowledgeable in working with Fortune 1000 companies and global brands
  • Strong communicator
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experienced in the B2B tech space or with SaaS companies
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
