What you'd actually do

  2. 新規顧客のオンボーディングプロセスをオーナーとして設計・推進・プロジェクト管理
  3. 顧客のサクセスプランを策定し、主体的に管理・実行
  4. Datadogへの投資価値・成果について、意思決定者と継続的に認識をすり合わせ
  5. 顧客組織内のキーパーソン・影響力のあるステークホルダーとの関係構築・維持

Skills

Required

  • B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience (3+ years)
  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts including large enterprise clients
  • Ability to lead discovery to understand customer challenges, goals, and priorities
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex topics clearly and connect them to customer goals
  • Ability to flexibly adjust messaging based on the audience
  • Ability to continuously improve skills and contribute to team best practices in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and events as needed
  • Japanese: Business level reading, writing, and speaking
  • English: Fluent reading and writing, business level or higher speaking
