What you'd actually do

  1. Own growth strategy for a portfolio of Enterprise Uber Health customers, with a focus on expanding adoption, increasing revenue, and identifying new business units, locations, departments, or use cases
  2. Build and execute account plans, including stakeholder maps, whitespace identification, expansion strategy, customer health, risk assessment, and executive engagement plans
  3. Navigate complex healthcare organizations by building relationships across operational users, program owners, procurement, finance, legal, compliance, executives, and other key decision-makers
  4. Partner with New Business AEs to ensure thoughtful transitions of newly acquired Enterprise customers into the Growth motion, including context transfer, stakeholder continuity, ownership clarity, and account strategy
  5. Lead discovery conversations with senior stakeholders to understand organizational priorities, transportation strategy, patient access challenges, operational workflows, and opportunities for broader adoption
