Uber Eats Taiwan is seeking an Enterprise Mid-Market Account Manager to own and grow key enterprise partnerships, drive revenue and retention, and identify opportunities for partners to leverage Uber's ecosystem. This role involves strategic planning, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to shape commercial strategy and partner success in a key market.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and grow a portfolio of top enterprise merchant accounts, driving revenue, retention, and long-term partnership value
  2. Build and deepen senior-level relationships, aligning on shared goals, commercial strategy, and growth opportunities
  3. Deliver against monthly and quarterly targets while developing scalable, portfolio-wide solutions
  4. Identify opportunities for partners to digitally transform their businesses using Uber’s ecosystem (e.g., Ads, Uber Direct, platform integrations)
  5. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and restaurant business models to unlock new growth opportunities
