Enterprise Partnerships Account Executive focused on leading the full sales cycle for healthcare deals within their book of business, landing new enterprise accounts to fuel the growth of DoorDash’s Healthcare business. This role operates at a startup pace with the backing of a large company and requires a self-motivated individual with a background in healthcare and strong interpersonal skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be a founding member of DoorDash’s Healthcare team, as the team grows you will be one of the original teammates on the ground floor!
  2. Independently lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial outreach to contract close.
  3. Go deep with prospects to understand their biggest challenges and partner cross-functionally to design custom solutions that meet their needs.
  4. Work cross-functionally with our Strategy & Operations, Product, Engineering and Legal teams.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales
  • Proven track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder deals from prospecting through close
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of job functions
  • Experience navigating complex conversations and building long-term consultative relationships with executives
  • Comfortable with a fast pace and several moving parts
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator
  • Track record of building internal consensus
