Stripe is seeking an Enterprise Platforms Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives focused on expanding their global footprint with enterprise SaaS platforms. This role involves driving sales growth, overseeing expansion, managing hiring and onboarding, creating GTM strategies for product sales campaigns, defining sales support mechanisms, and building a world-class organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive enterprise sales and people management experience, with a strong ability to articulate complex concepts and drive revenue growth.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team of sophisticated Existing Business, Platform AEs focused on expanding our global footprint with enterprise SaaS platforms
  2. Drive deal strategy and partner across the business to ensure healthy pipeline, funnel conversion, win rate, and margin preservation across the portfolio
  3. Effectively work cross-functionally across the organization to shape Stripe's product roadmap and drive best practices on selling and forecasting
  4. Engage with the largest strategic opportunities, leading executive relationships
  5. Being accountable for delivering revenue growth

Skills

Required

  • 12+ years of relevant enterprise sales experience
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Ability to hire, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team
  • Ability to articulate complex, technical concepts and translate them into business-relevant terms
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
