  1. Grow Adobe's partnership with strategic customers through value realization, adoption and expansion
  2. Identify new business opportunities to improve experiences through driving digital experience solutions engagement at the enterprise level
  3. Build executive level (CMO/CIO/CTO/CFO) relationships as well as establishing meetings with a broad array of executives - proactively selling into multiple levels of an organization.
  4. Overachieve revenue quota contributing to the region’s overall plan
  5. Teamwork across the Adobe eco-system of Solution Consulting, Professional Services, etc. to provide clients a clear understanding of our competitive advantage and why they should choose Adobe’s Customer Experience Orchestration Solutions.

Required

  • Strong and proven net new sales track record
  • Experience working across large, complex, high visibility, strategic accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills.
  • Proven experience selling complex software or solution deals at the CXO level (business and IT)
  • Consistent over-achievement of quota in past positions
  • Strong understanding and experience in managing long term and complex sales cycle
  • Experience leading virtual teams
