Datadog is seeking an Enterprise Sales Engineer in Saudi Arabia to provide technical expertise, support sales, and gather customer feedback for their observability and security platform, which is described as being for the AI era and using AI to detect and resolve issues.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with the Sales team to articulate the overall Datadog value proposition, vision and strategy to customers
  2. Own technical engagement with customers during the trial phase. Communicate Datadog’s value based on activities and work with customers on any identified issues or concerns to successful conclusion
  3. Technically close complex opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility
  4. Deliver product and technical briefings / presentations to potential clients
  5. Maintain accurate notes and feedback in CRM regarding customer input both wins and losses
