Enterprise Sales Executive

UiPath is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive sales of their automation solutions to top enterprise accounts in the Balkan region. The role involves analyzing market potential, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, evangelizing the brand, educating customers on solution benefits, building and maintaining customer and partner relationships, and monitoring competitors. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in enterprise software sales, successful quota attainment, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.

What you'd actually do

  1. Analyze the territory/market potential and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue potential.
  2. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedule.
  3. Evangelize UiPath’s brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting and selling our solutions by leveraging a value selling approach.
  4. Educate customers on how our solutions can benefit them financially and professionally.
  5. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory.
