Enterprise Sales Leader for AWS Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) in Canada, responsible for managing and growing the business. This role involves leading sales teams, driving cloud and AI adoption among financial institutions, and achieving revenue targets. The leader will develop strategies, build C-level relationships, and collaborate across functions to accelerate growth and digital transformation for FSI customers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive the overall revenue and market share growth for the AWS FSI business across Canada, spanning banking, capital markets, insurance, payments, and wealth management
  2. Lead, develop, and inspire a team of account managers focused on FSI customers
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention across the FSI portfolio
  4. Increase share of wallet with key strategic FSI customers by winning large and complex deals in alignment with AGS/AWS leadership
  5. Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets across all FSI sub-verticals
