Enterprise Sales Leader for an AI company, responsible for leading and coaching a team of Account Executives to drive sales of AI solutions in the legal and professional services markets. This role involves developing sales strategy, managing day-to-day operations, forecasting revenue, and working cross-functionally to refine sales processes and the value proposition of AI solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Recruit, mentor and lead a team of consultative, solution-based, Enterprise sales professionals.
  2. Own long-term strategy and day-to-day operations of the team.
  3. Be accountable for increasing revenue, forecasting accurately, and scaling the team.
  4. Work cross-functionally across the organization to build effective sales processes and solutions that meet the needs of Harvey’s clients.
  5. Develop our sales playbook to enable scaling, documenting learnings that can be applied across accounts.
