This role is for an Enterprise Sales Manager leading a team of Firefly Product Specialists at Adobe. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, mentor, and support the growth and development of a team of Firefly Sales Specialists, focusing on skill development, product knowledge, and sales strategy execution.
  2. Be in the field and empower the team to demonstrate effective solution selling, positioning Adobe Firefly as a key component in customers’ creative transformation journey and building compelling, value-based proposals.
  3. Collaborate with teams to craft and execute sales strategies for Adobe Firefly across the C&P and CXO portfolio. Drive new revenue growth by developing and executing high-impact sales strategies.
  4. Manage monthly solution-level reporting, pipeline development, market trend analysis, and foster strong relationships with the business unit and product teams.
  5. Build and maintain a robust partner ecosystem, working closely with agency partners, solution consultants, and Adobe’s marketing team to drive market presence and generate leads.
