This role is for a Security Sales Specialist at Datadog, focused on driving adoption of their Security platform (including Cloud SIEM, Cloud Workload Security, CSPM) within key enterprise accounts. The specialist will act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with Account Executives, own the security sales cycle, and evangelize Datadog's security story to C-level executives. The role requires proven success selling into security buyers, experience in co-selling, and familiarity with modern security solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Datadog Security products across a targeted account patch
  2. Collaborate closely with Enterprise AEs to support net new logo acquisition and expansion in strategic accounts
  3. Own and drive the security sales cycle from discovery to technical close, working closely with Sales Engineers
  4. Evangelize Datadog’s security story to security leaders (CISO, Security Architects, SecOps)
  5. Work cross-functionally with Datadog's partner, channel, and alliance teams to drive joint go-to-market motions
