Enterprise Solutions Consultant, New York

Notion Notion · Enterprise · New York, NY · Sales

This role is for an Enterprise Solutions Consultant at Notion, focusing on selling and implementing Notion's AI-powered collaborative workspace to enterprise clients. The consultant will own the customer journey from initial meeting to closing deals, designing and building workflow solutions live with customers, and partnering with sales and post-sale teams. The role requires strong technical fluency, experience selling technical products, and a passion for AI and productivity software.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the full customer lifecycle—new logo, expansion, and renewal—as the single account owner for your book of business, with responsibility for ensuring credits sold translate into credits consumed
  2. Design and build workflow solutions live with customers: the discovery is the demo, not the slide deck—you’ll run discovery, design current-to-future-state workflow architecture, and co-build in Notion with the customer
  3. Partner with BDRs on target account planning and co-own the outbound motion for your book, running direct outreach to priority stakeholders alongside BDR-sourced pipeline
  4. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path
  5. Guide customers through early implementation with a clear adoption plan and handoff to Outcomes Architects for ongoing multi-workflow expansion
